What to expect from a consultation

I offer a free 15 minute chat by phone to discuss what you would like help with.

Initial appointment

If you decide to go ahead then before we meet I will send you a detailed pre-consultation questionnaire to fill out and a weekly diet diary to send back at least 4 days before your consultation. This questionnaire is a detailed evaluation of your health past and present.

Your first consultation will last up to 90 minutes and will be a one-to-one confidential meeting about the health issues highlighted in your questionnaire, your current health goals and a chance to discuss this further.

At the end of your initial consultation I will give a summarised plan of any diet and lifestyle changes that I suggest for you, taking into account budget, personal tastes and tailored to your health situation.

Then I will email a more detailed plan to you within 2 working days of your appointment. This may include supplements, recipe ideas and further information.

Your personalised plan will take into account your lifestyle, personal likes and dislikes to make it as successful as possible.

Follow up appointments

A follow up appointment will last 45 minutes. This is a chance to feedback any lab results and discuss how the plan is going. I will then give further lifestyle and diet guidelines and suggest if new supplements are needed.

I usually recommend 1-2 follow ups depending on your health issues and your progress.

Long term health problems may require more appointments.

follow up consultations by Skype.

I currently hold natural health talks at Cafe Cascara in Bath and I am available to work in other venues.
