Hi I’m Clare, I’m a pre and postnatal nutritional therapist. I help exhausted Mums, like you, who are struggling to prioritise their own health. I help you reclaim your health and reduce the overwhelm so you feel nourished, reenergised and confident.
Until my 30's I spent my adult life socialising, drinking, eating junk food, sleeping erratically and eating infrequently combined with a busy stressful job.
This resulted in complete burn out and a whole host of symptoms that I had become to except as normal when in fact my body was screaming out to stop.
My symptoms were vast but included depression, anxiety, weight gain, bloating and unexplained abdominal pain. It affected my relationships, confidence and ability to do my job.
I want to help women prioritise their health in their child bearing years to be able to address any health concerns and feel the best that they can be!
I offer online 1-1 nutritional therapy consultations online and in person.
I focus on women's health issues during pre-conception, pregnancy and postpartum.
Helping Mothers and Mothers to be have a healthy happy pregnancy and recovery into the Fourth Trimester using a wholefood diet, meal planning, high quality supplements, functional testing and a holistic outlook.
