In this programme we will work together to set attainable goals to support your health and wellbeing as a new Mum focusing on your gut health, energy levels, restoring sleep, breastmilk supply, reducing anxiety and supporting mental health. The main focus will to help you address these areas is through improving gut health through diet.
ABOUT ME
I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist with BANT, a Mum to my 3 year old daughter and I specialise in gut health for pre and postnatal women. I help exhausted Mums who are struggling to prioritise their own health and give them the tools and support they need to initiate their own health goals and self-care.
